Each painting is custom designed based on your photos and ideas. If you don't have that perfect photo that's ok, I can mix and match details from multiple pictures in order to create your ideal image.
The more complete your reference photo's are however the more accurate your final portrait will be.
If you're wanting people added into your house, cottage, landscape, cityscape or business portrait painting that's an option. Simply look for this 'add on' under the 'Items' area on the left side of my shop page.
Something to note: when adding figures to a portrait, the smaller the people are the more difficult it is to capture their unique facial features.
-Holiday Tip: Christmas orders should be placed before November 1st to ensure the best chance of a Christmas arrival.

The high season for this shop is October-January.
-Orders are usually created on a first come first serve basis, however, rush orders may be accepted in non busy times. Turn around times vary, your patience is always appreciated.

Custom and personalized orders
It's always best to place an order early if you need it for a specific date/event and check availability before placing the order. A waiting list is frequently in effect during any given season.
If you're deadline is more open ended, an order can be placed at anytime to secure the next available spot in the queue.
I always work as quickly as possible and portraits are scheduled back-to-back.
***Orders typically arrive in waves and often a single order may include multiple portraits, your patience and understanding are always appreciated.
***Christmas orders start arriving as early as September.
Sizing details
Pages are cut to the size ordered (unless otherwise requested) and they are taped down during production to reduce shifting or warping (for watercolours). The final piece(s) have an approx. quarter inch clean boarder surrounding them as a result of the taping process.
This boarder it usually left for matting purposes but can be trimmed if needed.
Care instructions
Each portrait, no matter the medium used, is sprayed with sealant after completion and placed inside a clear envelope/page protector. When you receive your portrait(s) they must be framed behind glass in order to protected them from dirt, dust, moisture, fingerprints, etc.
***It's recommended to display them away from direct sunlight to reduce the chance of them fading or becoming dull over time.
